The Firm believes in a multi-disciplinary approach and has in its midst a chartered accountant, management graduate with a post graduate diploma in finance from IIM Calcutta in addition to each of them being law graduates. In order to gain from the available knowledge and experience of retired civil servants, the Firm has roped in retired heads of regulatory / supervisory bodies as advisers. With a view to share the available knowledge pool of the lawyers at the Firm, the Firm has engaged itself in publication of articles and has tied up with Corporate Law Adviser for handling the publications.

Rohit Anand Das

He is a practicing advocate having rich and varied experience in advising banks and financial institutions. He has handled more than 100 PPP infrastructure transactions as legal counsel. 

In addition to heading the banking & finance practice, he is responsible for the Investment Advisory and Infrastructure Project Advisory practice of the Firm. He is listed as ‘legal specialist; with the NHAI. He manages the firm’s Delhi office.

Abishek Jebaraj, Of Counsel

His core practice areas are commercial and constitutional laws. He has represented corporates and individual clients across India in a diverse range of matters before the Supreme Court, High Courts, National Company Law Tribunal and other forums. He also regularly advises multinational companies on various corporate matters. Aside from his commercial practice, Mr. Jebaraj is deeply committed to pro-bono work in India and his work to promote human rights has been covered in the Indian media.

Shreyas Dubey, Of Counsel

He is a practicing advocate having more than 10 years of experience in handling contentious matters and looks after our litigation matters in the state of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh with occasional appearances before the Supreme Court. 

Komal Jain

She holds the dual Indian qualifications for a lawyer and company secretary. She is actively involved in all of the corporate advisory, funds practice and regulatory advisory matters of the Firm.

Lakshya Sharma

He focuses on infrastructure project advisory and banking laws matters of the Firm. Additionally he has taken up the responsibility of training up the young lawyers joining the Firm.

Harshdeep Singh

He  handles the corporate advisory and infrastructure – government led project advisory mandates of the Firm. He is responsible for the operations of the Firm in the central Indian states of Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh.
